The European Advertising Standards Alliance
The European Advertising Standards Alliance (EASA), based in Brussels, brings together advertising self-regulatory bodies across Europe and further afield in the ever-expanding global self-regulatory network. The Alliance is responsible for promoting advertising self-regulation, sharing best practice, information and research. The Alliance also co-ordinates cross border complaints from its members. South Africa became part of the Alliance in 1995.
